We are extremely pleased with the DataTrax product and its implementation at our Gray Line Washington, D.C. operation. The ease of operation of the hand-held unit and its ability to allow us “point of sale” opportunities with our trolley drivers and agents provides us with the capability to sell tickets for all of our tours throughout each workday at multiple locations throughout the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. The “end-of-day” reports simplify daily accounting audits as well. Throughout the implantation of this product, the staff at DataTrax was readily available to assist us with training of drivers and staff to make this a seamless transition.

We have found that with a very short training session, we have been able to substitute the new wireless machines at our sales locations with very little problem. The ticket sellers are now able to accept credit card sales on the street; with a quick swipe of a credit card and pushing a few buttons and they are off to the next transaction.
